Nominees will find out within seven days if they are a finalist in this year’s Central Coast Business Excellence Awards. The four person independent judging panel will complete their duties by Sunday 20 July with category finalists to be announced by Thursday 24 July. Awards Director Kerry Ruffels noted “I think this year more than any other year, more businesses have targeted the Award category they want to win. They could have entered say manufacturing and or export, categories specific to their business but they understand the intrinsic value and esteem that is associated with being named Employer of Choice”. Kerry added “I am also excited by the number of entries we have attracted in our Young Business Executive and Young Entrepreneur categories. It is fantastic to see the enthusiasm and energy behind these Awards. They represent our future and for them to embrace our Awards like this is brilliant. And we cannot forget it was our regional winner in the Young Entrepreneur category from last year who went on to the NSW Business Chamber State Awards and duly won that too”.
